How is your relationship with yourself? How do you treat yourself and think about yourself? Who is "you"? Learn how to get to know yourself better!

This workshop will be interactive. It will have educational aspects as well as room for reflection, discussion and exercises. There will be an atmosphere of mutual support and learning from each other. The workshop aims to empower and strengthen each other.

Hi! I'm Franzi.I'm a psychologist and professional coach. Within the last years I worked for a consultancy in Germany and conceptualized as well as facilitated a range of different events and coachings.
My passion is to support people to reflect themselves and grow - individually and as a group. For you, I will create a space where you can be your true self while being guided by your vision, potential and needs.
What brings me to Helsinki and to MIITTI? Well, I followed my intuition. I want to consciously experience the mindset and way of living here in Finland and offer what is at my heart.
