These skills will help you learn how to have a cherishing relationship for the rest of your life.

Couples don’t often talk to each other about their relationships - our culture can be so isolating - and being together where we all are looking at the same model and people are sharing different examples, you can have not just the intellectual knowing - but the lived experience that you are not alone.
**Relationality is a practice
You cannot have fitness, without going to the gym, and the more you go, the stronger you get. The more you practice relationality, the more connected and fulfilling your relationship can be.
