Through guided group practices, dyads, and triads, you’ll explore how to:
• Feel more grounded and present in your body
• Communicate with clarity, honesty, and empathy
• Recognize and shift relational patterns
• Connect with others with more depth, authenticity, and discernment
• Stay centered while holding complexity and discomfort in connection
• Expand your relational capacity with embodied presence, curiosity, openness, and care
• Practice attunement and build group coherence
