To book: booking.cismalta.orgThe "Rekindle, Renew, Refresh" is a retreat designed specifically for women. This theme, inspired by Ephesians 4:23, emphasises the need for spiritual renewal and encourages women to take time to refresh and renew their spirits.
This retreat aims to help women find spiritual renewal and refreshment by providing a safe and supportive environment for personal reflection and prayer, relaxation, group sharing and much more.
The retreat includes a variety of activities such as icebreakers to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants, discussions, time for reflection, prayer and sharing, among other activities. The retreat also offers opportunities for women to reconnect with their faith and with each other, providing a chance to recharge and refocus their lives.
The participants will be led through a series of exercises and activities designed to promote spiritual growth and self-care.
