Micki Josi (she/her) celebrates diversity and is committed to increasing accessibility of yoga for all through the use of props and offering variations. She hopes to share the benefits of yoga. In her classes she encourages students to explore creative movement through static poses and flow while staying in touch with their breath. Her love for yoga was ignited over 20 years when she took her first Hatha and Kundalini classes at University of Oregon and has been practicing ever since! She loves to explore all types of movement through yoga, swimming, biking, hiking, gardening, and dancing. Micki completed her yoga instructor certification at Yoga Refuge in March 2018 and studied with teachers: Emily Light, Fawn Williams, Kelly Sunrose, Kate Sanderson Holly, & Todd Jackson.

Saundra Rose's passion for skin and body care was developed over decades working in the treatment room in some of the most upscale destination spas in the Napa Valley as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist. A combination of a full body flare up of psoriatic arthritis and the pandemic took her down a path of experimenting in her kitchen with the highest quality natural soothing ingredients for relief and BOOM... Handcrafted PDX was born!

Early on in esthetics school she learned that our skin is like a sponge ingesting everything we put on it. She has since applied that idea as her inspiration for creating organic whole body skincare products that are healing for every skin type, and ideal for the most sensitive.
