This happy quilt, aptly named "Rejoice" can be made from layer cakes, charm packs, jelly rolls you purchased for a project (and you no longer remember for which project you purchased them!!) or your own scraps (at least 2.5 x 5 inches) plus a background fabric to showcase your fabrics! This quilt will improve your rotary cutting skills, as well as your "snowball" piecing skills.
