Rejoice Alberta Season IX – Christian Singing Competition Auditions

Rejoice Alberta Season IX is calling singers, worship leaders, vocal groups and emerging Christian artists from Edmonton and communities across Alberta.

More than a singing competition, Rejoice Alberta is an artist-development platform created to help performers strengthen their musical gifts, gain valuable stage experience, connect with a wider audience and take the next step in their artistic journey.

Whether you are an experienced performer or finally ready to share your voice publicly, this could be your opportunity to be discovered.

The Season IX winner will receive a C$5,000 grand-prize package, including a professional music-video recording deal.

Selected contestants will also have the opportunity to:

• Perform before a live audience
• Receive valuable feedback and artistic guidance
• Strengthen their stage presence and performance skills
• Build visibility within Alberta’s Christian music community
• Connect with fellow singers, musicians and industry professionals

Applicants can audition through either of the following options:

Submit your application online, and a member of the Rejoice Alberta team will contact you with information about your audition schedule and requirements.

Come prepared to share your voice, communicate your message and give your best performance before the audition panel.

Applicants who cannot attend an in-person audition may submit a video performance through the official application form.

Your submission should clearly showcase your vocal ability and artistic potential. Individual singers and eligible groups are welcome to apply.

2. Select either an in-person audition or video audition.
3. Submit the required audition information or video link.
4. Pay the C$100 application fee to complete your application.

Applications must be completed by:

January 15, 2027

Early applications are strongly encouraged so the Rejoice Alberta team has sufficient time to review submissions and coordinate in-person auditions.
