All military families tackle different emotions when they return from a deployment. Join us as we provide great tips on a successful reintegration. During this workshop we will also discuss the most common post deployment emotions and reactions, problem solving, how to work through communication barriers and balancing your newly integrated lifestyle. Family friendly.

Paint Night activities:

-Pumpkin painting/Boo bags for kids (limited supplies, independent activity)

-Halloween themed canvas painting (instructor lead)
