Reiki~Infused Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Journey

Treat yourself to a relaxing feast for the senses, a cozy evening of restorative yoga lovingly infused with Reiki Healing Energy, therapeutic crystal & aroma therapy ending the practice taking you on a journey with the beautiful healing vibrations of Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls and several other instruments.

In this special practice, you will be guided through a gentle restorative practice using bolsters, blankets and other props to fully support the body in restful reclining positions to give the body the space to heal. These physically nurturing yoga poses penetrate your body's systems including your mind to create significant shifts in both physical and mental health.

Reiki is an ancient form of universal energetic healing that encourages a state of balance, harmony, and self-healing. While resting in these passive yoga poses, you will receive Reiki Therapy directing healing energy where it is most needed.

These modalities combine to create a blissful experience allowing you to release the deepest tension and strain in the body, feeling calm in the mind and deeply connected to your spirit.

No experience necessary. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Dress comfortably. All supportive props will be provided however bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket. Bring anything that makes you feel more comfortable, perhaps a meaningful object or stone that helps you feel at ease or grounded.
