Reiki Training - Level 1 - March

Through the course of this one day training you will be immersed in the knowledge and wisdom of Reiki energy. You'll learn what Reiki is, how you work with it & you'll experience it first hand through Reiki Meditations and receiving healings from yourself and others.

You'll be finding out how to do effective self healing treatments, and how to provide a Reiki healing treatment for friends, family and pets.

Reiki means universal life force energy and in the process of a Reiki Healing we are channelling this energy through our hands and pass it onto others or ourselves if we are doing self healing.

Reiki is becoming more and more popular and many people have experienced first hand how powerful this energy is at helping to calm the nervous system, to help with deep relaxation, to feel more energised, & to feel more grounded and centred.

Reiki is a powerful healing force, it helps clear blockages both physical, emotional and energetic to help bring more flow, ease and joy to the body and our lives.

Reiki works on many levels, the more we work with Reiki the more we discover who we truly are and it helps us clear a path to our true nature, purpose and fulfillment.

And it all starts here on Reiki Level 1.

If you're ready to join then please do come along. It's a wonderful day where you'll be part of a small group of likeminded souls in a beautiful setting of Havelock Walk a really beautiful venue very close to Forest Hill Station (on the Windrush Line) and transport links.

On your Reiki 1 Training you will:

• Gain an understanding about the history of Reiki and how it works.
• Get an attunement/placement - giving you the ability to work with Reiki energy.
• Learn how to do self healing.
• Learn how to heal family, friends and pets.
• accellerate your own healing journey.
• gain support for your spiritual journey.
• meet like minded individuals.
• receive a certificate on completing the training and become part of the Reiki Lineage.
• receive a comprehensive manual to use as a reference after the training day.

By the end of the day you'll feel confident to do a self healing on yourself and to give a Reiki Healing Session to someone else.

Small class sizes - usually 3-6 people so you can relax and get plenty of individual support and guidance throughout the day.

The Reiki energy we'll be working with is Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki and World Peace Reiki as developed by William Lee Rand a Reiki Master/Teacher who has developed Usui Reiki from it's original roots after studying many lineages of Mikao Usui's (the founder of Usui Reiki) original teachings.

Cost: £180 - Early Bird Offer £160 (ends 7 March)

Deposit: Pay a £50 deposit to secure your space. Pay the remaining fee directly 2 weeks before.

Venue:

Overground: The venue is a 2 min walk from Forest Hill Station on the Windrush Line.

Car: There is free on street parking a few mins walk from the venue. Get in touch for more details.

Buses: Multiple bus stops close by.

Refund policy: £50 of the fee is a non refundable deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded if you cancel your place up to 2 weeks before. After 2 weeks before training no refund will be given. It may be possible to transfer your place to a future training (deposit an administration fee and any increase in course fees will need to be paid) Eventbrite fees are non refundable.

Emma Hewitt is a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master/Teacher, Family Constellation Facilitator, Tarot Reader, Theatre Maker and Artist who has been developing her practice since starting to hold women’s circles, self healing circles and drumming circles 4 years ago.

Emma brings great compassion as a teacher and is trauma informed. Her current work includes Reiki Trainings from level 1- Master/Teacher level 3, Women's Voice & Drum Workshops, Tarot Archetypes Workshops, Family Constellations with Ancestral Healing & Connection, Drum Birthing and Rattle Making workshops.
