This SoundBath is a Crystaline Transmission of healing frequencies, which has been created for your optimum alignment and activation by Source Field Sound, Nicola Buffa. Held within a gentle Reiki Energy Container, and Supported by Sound, you will become attuned and adjusted by this deeply relaxing outdoor expirience. Be revived by the beauty of Golden Gate Park.

Vibration is all around Us, Creating our reality through our thought landscapes + Expressed in geometric waveforms of energy.  Through sound we open our eyes to the blessings of all the color-lights of our beautiful world & when we open our souls to the vibration of our authentic selves, our unique song will begin to play for all to hear.

Each Sound Transmission is an arrangement of the healing tones of Quartz Crystal and Alchemy singing bowls, channeled to return optimum alignment to the body, designed to inspire healing thought patterns through brainwave entrainment, and meant to uplift the spirit on all levels. The experience is a meditative journey, which may yield clarity through connection to our inner wisdom, and a sense of deep peace, facilitated by sound.

Distance Reiki will be used to create our space, and to provide additional energetic support and will be shared holographically will all in attendance. If you would like to recieve additional Reiki, Please see "Add-Ons" in the ticketing, Additional 30 minute Personal Reiki sessions are available after the SoundBath with advance sign up.

Weather conditions in SF are highly variable! Please check the weather to be aware of the daily forecast, and be prepared with layered clothing in case of fog, or conversely, with sunscreen + protective shades in case of sun. The chain of lakes has some shade, partial sun and full sun areas.

Source Field Sound will be set up HALF WAY DOWN, inside the grassy medow at OLD SPEEDWAY MEADOW. We will not be visable from the street, please save time to walk up the Speedway Meadow and find us. Old Speedway Meadow is Noticible by its small parking lot (Entrance) ACCROSS from the Horses. You may be able to park in the small lot at Old SpeedWay Meadow, but if it is full, Plentiful parking is aroundd the corner on John F Kennedy Drive.

-From Lincoln Way, Enter the park at 41Ave. 41st Ave will become Chain of Lakes Drive, Make a right into the parking lot of Old Speedway Meadow (if full proceed up Chain of Lakes Drive to JFK. Make a right on JFK and Park.)

-From Fulton Street, Enter the Park at 43rd Ave. Veer Left as 43rd Ave will become Chain of Lakes Drive, Cross JFK and make a left into Old Speedway Meadow Parking lot. If full return to JFK for parking).

Arrive at 1pm to Set Up your Meditation Nest. Bring yoga mats, blankets, cushions, eye-pillows, and anything to support your comfort to lay down for approximately an hour. Sound Begins at 1:15pm. Bring Water.
