We will begin with a guided meditation to center and calm our energy. Both a hands-on and sensory healing experience will follow. Reiki Master Nicole Markardt will provide hands-on Reiki healing, while Reiki Master and Sound Healer Claudia Cuencos will use the modality of sound to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. ️
In this Chakra series, both sound and reiki healing will focus on the sixth chakra, known as the Third Eye Chakra, or the Ajna Chakra. This Chakra is a gateway to our spiritual insight, intuition, and imagination. The meaning of this Chakra is' perception. This perception provides clear vision, allowing us to trust our inner instincts to make decisions that align with our higher purpose. Balancing this Chakra helps us experience higher wisdom. The element of nature that is connected with ajna is light, or brightness. We will use this element to illuminate our path and awaken our intuition. Both Reiki and sound together help the body reach a deep state of relaxation, release energetic stagnation, and activate the body's system of self-healing.
