Release tension, calm your nervous system, and connect with steadiness in your energy.This workshop includes a guided meditation, sound bath and group Reiki experience. Reiki is a healing practice which supports overall balance, clarity and relaxation.
The combination of meditation, Reiki energy healing and sound bath will help you move into the space of your inner realm to calm the body, mind and energy. This can have a powerfully positive impact on your mood, emotional regulation, productivity, clarity and even help you sleep better.
Jessica is a Reiki Master, yoga therapist and owner of Cedar Yoga.
Reiki + Sound Healing will be held the second Saturday of every month, 11:30-12:30pm
Space is limited to only 8 students.
