Reiki Sound Bath Meditation

This will be a calming and healing experience for your mind, body, and spirit.

You will be guided by Jennifer Celina who is a Reiki Master & Sound Healing Practitioner. She has been guiding many on their personal growth journey for some time now, and has recently stepped into her newfound calling as a sound alchemy guide.

Some of the benefits of sound healing are that it can reduce stress and anxiety, activate the alpha and theta brainwaves allowing relaxation on a physiological level, help to balance the energy centers, aid in reconnecting with oneself, and more.

Come take this journey of bliss, and allow yourself to be bathed in sound waves and frequencies enhanced with Reiki energy that will leave you feeling calm, relaxed, and at peace.
