Reiki Share at Llameste Yoga

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and spiritual healing.

“Rei” means universal higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness, and “Ki” means vital life force energy that flows through all living things.
A Reiki share, also known as Reiki circle or exchange, is a gathering of Reiki practitioners, or those interested to learn more, who participate in group Reiki on each other.
The main purpose of the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy, and devotion.
Reiki shares usually last a few hours, are free to the public and offer the time to:
1) Socialize and make new friends in the Reiki community.
2) Learn about Reiki through peer support.
3) Find a Reiki client, practitioner, or teacher.

Each Reiki event is different, but they usually include one of more of the following activities:
Self introductions
Grounding
Meditation
Feedback
Prayers
Singing bowls
Music
Reflexology
Laughing
Dancing
Crying
Chakra healing and balancing
Chanting
Light Language
