Reiki Rising Vin/Yin Event w/Jennifer Sweigart, Dorian Jacobson, Laura Mulrenin and Anne DuchWhat is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
This special, 2 hour event will incorporate action of vinyasa, stillness of Yin and the vibrational energy of Reiki to help bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Jennifer will open the class with a gentle warm up. Dorian will offer an accessible, all levels flow. Laura will follow up with a Yin segment and Anne will close out the class with a final cool down and savasana.
We will be practicing Reiki techniques on each student during strategic points during the class. Never fear! If your are not a fan of being touched, we can activate the healing powers of Reiki with out actual contact.
