Experience the relaxation of restorative yoga with the balancing power of Reiki Energy with Lori Barrett.The Practice will include a variety of props to help you get into a comfortable relaxed position. Each pose will be held anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes allowing you to completely relax and allow your body to receive the benefits.
When in the pose, you will receive Reiki to move the energy through your body and help you to achieve a more relaxed state.
Restorative yoga is proven to reduce stress, help with chronic pain, and improve sleep.
Reiki is proven to relieve emotional, mental and physical stress.
Reiki is optional and will be given to those open to receiving it.
No previous yoga experience required.
Please dress in layers and bring socks.
If you have your own props, please bring:
- 1 yoga mat
- 2 blocks
- 1 strap or belt
- 1 bolster
- 3-5 blankets/quilts/towels
*we do have extra blankets*
