Join us for a gentle and nourishing 90-minute experience designed to support your well-being and inner calm. This healing space is lovingly created for women of all backgrounds to come home to themselves – through stillness, breath, and connection.
Together, we’ll move through supported restorative yoga postures, accompanied by individualised Reiki energy healing from two compassionate practitioners. This is a time to rest, release, and receive.
What to Expect:
Gentle, fully-supported restorative yoga (absolutely no experience needed)
