Reiki Restorative with Aromatherapy with Heather

Join Heather for a magical summer evening of sustained, supported rest postures and assisted relaxation. As twilight descends, a special two hour Restorative practice will feature hands-on healing touch and curated Aromatherapy with essential oils.
Please wear loose, comfy-comfy layers (light pajamas are encouraged!), and feel free to bring a sleep mask, eye pillow, or favorite soft blanket and/or pillow for additional comfort.
