Reiki One Training

A day of Self-Healing, Nervous System Support & Energetic Awakening

​If you have been feeling called to deepen your healing journey, reconnect with your intuition, or learn energy healing in a grounded and accessible way, Reiki Level One offers a beautiful place to begin.

This in-person Reiki training in Fort Collins introduces Reiki as a lived experience rather than just a concept. Through meditation, gentle movement, sound, attunement, and hands-on practice, Reiki is explored in a way that can be felt in the body and integrated into everyday life.

Whether you are completely new to energy work or already walking a healing path, you will leave with a strong foundation in Reiki, confidence in your self-practice, and the ability to begin offering Reiki to others.

Throughout the training you will:

• Learn the foundations of Reiki and the history and philosophy of the lineage
• Receive four Reiki Level One (Shoden) attunements
• Explore gentle Chi Kung movements to connect with the Hara and the Three Diamonds
• Practice self-treatment and hands-on Reiki for others
• Experience guided meditations and visualization practices
• Learn about the human energy system, chakras, and the power of intention
• Explore energetic protection practices, including the Reiki Shower
• Experience Reiki through both giving and receiving while learning to listen to the body’s energetic language

Sound healing, meditation, and embodied practices will be woven throughout the day to support nervous system regulation and integration.

Reiki is not something you simply learn through the mind — it is something you experience.

During this training, the teachings are shared in a way that is spacious, practical, and supportive. You will have time to practice, ask questions, and explore Reiki in a grounded environment alongside others on a similar path.

Many students find that receiving Reiki attunements can feel both opening and clearing. Because of this, it is recommended that you keep the day following the training relatively open so your body and energy system have time to integrate the experience.

Reiki is a profound healing modality, and all that is required is an open mind and an open heart.

You will:

• Feel confident practicing Reiki on yourself
• Understand how to safely offer Reiki to others
• Have experienced both giving and receiving Reiki
• Feel more connected to your intuition and inner guidance
• Carry an embodied understanding of energy healing

You will also receive Reiki Level One (Shoden) certification upon completion of the training.
