Reiki One is where your journey begins. The first level of Reiki teaches the gentle yet powerful “hands-on healing method.” By placing your hands on the body with the intention to heal, you awaken your own ability to channel energy.
The focus of Reiki One is self-healing. Before we can fully support others, it is vital to begin our own process of clearing, aligning, and renewing. Many students describe this day as life-changing – leaving feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
