Reiki is a gentle, energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It observes five guiding precepts*.
Elaine is a Reiki Master Teacher, counsellor and writer with three decades of working to promote wellbeing. She also makes cake :)
Outdoor event, so wear warm clothes, bring a mat to sit on and a brolly, just in case!
