Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Shelby Lane is a Usui Reiki II Practitioner who helps heal the connection of the physical body with the energetic & soul self. With my background in spirituality, life coaching, yoga/tai chi, etc. my goal is to educate my clients about ways to unblock the energy of unprocessed and suppressed emotions that get trapped in the body due to unresolved traumas big and small so that they can reactivate the divine energy within us all.
