Reiki, Meditation & Sound Healing Circle

We love creating safe, inclusive and sacred spaces for people to show up as they are and receive the miraculous healing benefits of Reiki and Sound Healing.

At our Reiki & Sound Healing Circles, we make sure everyone is taken care of with their own yoga mat, comfortable floor chair, hot tea, listening ears and open hearts.

We believe in the heart of community and the healing miracles that occur when we show up authentically ourselves with open hearts and clear intentions.

This is your weekly energetic tune-up, to deepen your relationship with yourself, relax deeply, sleep better, increase your confidence and meet incredible people.

Reiki (Universal Energy) is a stress reduction and relaxation technique from Japan that promotes cellular healing, spiritual awakening and increased self awareness.

Reiki (Universal Energy) can be transmitted *with or *without gentle touch.

During a Reiki session, you can expect a subtle laying of hands on or around your body in safe, designated areas, such as; (head, shoulders, knees, ankles, feet.)

You will be guided into a meditation and then the facilitators will make their way around the circle to give you a personalized Reiki Energy treatment.

Sound Healing is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs + crystal singing bowls) to relax your mind and body.

After the Reiki Healing has taken place, you may stay comfortably sitting or laying on our fluffy pillows, blankets, and yoga mats to enjoy the sound healing session.

Our circle will begin at 530 pm until 6:35 pm.

Bring a blanket and a pillow.
