Join me for two days of Reiki immersion.

In Reiki (level one) SELF CARE training, you will learn how to develop a daily practice that immediately engages the body's rest and digest response, bringing your body back to balance with your own REIKI self practice.
The focus of my Reiki level one training/self care training is ALWAYS how to practice on yourself confidently. As well as understanding the origins and history and importantly understanding Reiki as a spiritual practice and the benefits to your health and well-being. It is always my intention for students to leave feeling CONFIDENT in their ability to self practice after day one, and provide as much practice and Reiki experiences across the two days of training as possible �
I truly believe that when we take our own self care, literally into our own hands, we have access to empower ourselves on many levels �
This is a beautifully restorative weekend full of community, connection, and nurturing.
Trainings are held in person in a local venue.
