Our very first Reiki Level 1 class arrives Saturday, July 11th. Reiki — what we call Biofield Healing — is the gentle practice of working with the body's own energy field to invite deep relaxation and restoration. It is ancient in its roots and increasingly studied for its calming effect on the nervous system.
In this foundational class you'll learn the history and principles of Reiki, hand positions for self-treatment, and receive your Level 1 attunement — everything you need to begin a personal practice and care for yourself and those you love.
