Reiki is an ancient, natural, hands on Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy or “God’s Breath."
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Are You Ready?
This class is a prerequisite before taking Reiki Level II or Master's Training.
Level I, will be a two day class, taking place from 11 to 5/6pm on Saturday, Sept 19th and 10-5/6pm on Sunday, Sept 20th.
This class will be limited to 10 people.
