Reiki is an ancient, natural, hands on Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy or “God’s Breath."
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
The miraculous results have found this modality being utilized by Labor and Delivery units (and birthing centers) and Hospice Care (or end of days support) around the world.
Heather believes true healing begins with the energetic body surrounding each person. As the frequency of a persons energy alters to become more calm and peaceful, the Mind-Body-Emotions will follow the same vibration.

This class is a prerequisite before taking Reiki Level II.
Level I, will be a two day class, taking place from 12 to 5/6pm on Saturday, Sept 20th and 10-5/6pm on Sunday, Sept 21st.
This class will be limited to 10 people.
