Reiki Level I & II Certification with Sarah LambCourse Overview
Join us for a heart-centered Reiki training that will attune you to the healing power of Reiki and give you the tools to share it with yourself and others. In this immersive training, students will be introduced to the energy and philosophy of Usui Reiki, along with practical tools for personal and professional practice.

Reiki Level I
Reiki I focuses on self-healing, energetic awareness, and the foundational principles of this sacred Japanese healing art. Students will receive their first Reiki attunement and learn the
traditional hand positions for giving Reiki to themselves and others. Emphasis is placed on energy hygiene, intuitive development, and working with intention and breath to support the flow of life force energy.

Reiki Level II
Reiki II builds on the foundations of Level I and introduces students to the sacred Reiki symbols, including the distance healing symbol. Students will learn how to offer Reiki across space and time, deepen their intuitive relationship with the energy, and cultivate a more refined understanding of energy transmission, emotional healing, and spiritual support.
Each training includes a sacred attunement ceremony, guided meditation, intuitive practice sessions, and certification upon completion.

About Your Instructor
Sarah Lamb has been practicing Reiki since 1998, when she was first attuned to Reiki I and II in Lily Dale, New York — the historic center of Spiritualism in the United States. She received her Master-level training in a one-on-one mentorship with a traditional Usui Reiki teacher in New Mexico, whose lineage stems from William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
Sarah is also a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher, a sound healer, and holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University. She worked as a life coach for the Headspace app for three years before committing to a gridwork mission across the U.S., offering healing, teaching, and energetic alignment. Her homebase is in Rochester, NY, but she travels bi-yearly to the West Coast, including Oregon and California.
