Class is from 10am - 5pm and light lunch is included. You will learn the history of Reiki what it is and how to connect and use it for yourself and others.. Reiki is a Japanese Healing techniques that promotes relaxation and balance. You will be attuned to the Reiki healing energy and will have hands on practice and learn how to integrate it into your life.
