Reiki Level I training is an introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing. Here are some key aspects you can expect during the training:
1. Overview of Reiki: You'll learn about the history, principles, and philosophy of
Reiki, including its origins and how it works.
2. Attunement: You will receive attunement from a Reiki Master, Lisa Bare-Sweet, Sophia Sweet, Kerry Anne Layman, which are energetic initiation that open your channels to receive and channel Reiki energy.
3. Hands-on Techniques: Instruction on basic hand positions for self-treatment along with practical exercises to practice these techniques.
4. Energy Awareness: You'll develop sensitivity to energy and learn
how to feel it in yourself with knowledge and teachings of the chakra and meridian energy anatomy.
5. Meditation and Relaxation: Techniques for meditation and relaxation will be shared to help enhance your connection to the Reiki energy.
6. Ethics and Professional Practice: Discussions on the ethical considerations
and responsibilities of practicing Reiki.
7. Energy Clearing: This is a special added bonus to support you to be cleared and aligned to the utmost optimum you.
