This Reiki Level 1 introductory course is designed for individuals interested in learning the basics of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and energy healing. This class provides the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to practice Reiki on oneself and others. Reiki Level 1 is open to anyone interested in learning about energy healing, stress reduction, and self-care. Attendees receive a certificate of completion. Sandy is an Usui Reiki Master & Yoga Teacher.
