Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art for stress reduction, relaxation and also promotes healing of Body, Mind & Spirit. Reiki Master, Heather LaFond, will lead this class. Must complete Reiki Level 1 Certification prior to participate in this class.
Length: 1, 8 hour class with break for lunch.
