This class is for anyone who is ready to re-balance on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
In Reiki level 1 you will learn the history and hand application of Reiki healing as taught by Reiki Master Mikao Usui.
- You will recieve a level one attunement-
This is a spiritual initiation that will assist you in opening your energy field so that you can become a channel for Reiki healing energy.
You will learn about the Aura and chakra system, as well as how to protect and cleanse your Aura and environment.
You will practice excercises to feel and sense energy as well as grounding practices.
You will experience the hands-on effects of this ancient healing technique.
