The day Includes my guided healing meditations, all about Angels and Crystals giving and receiving Reiki on a chair and a plinth. A full manual certificate, lunch and refreshments.
With a 3 hour follow up, approx 3 weeks later

Reiki 1 is all about you, but you can practise on friends and family too.
