Reiki Level 1 Workshop & Attunement (Two-day workshop)
I am very excited to present a Level 1 Reiki Workshop and Attunement on August 1 & 2, from 1:00 PM to 5 PM (Sat) and 11:00am to 2:00PM (Sunday), at BlissBlissBliss in Morgantown.
Whether you want to learn Reiki to assist yourself, family, pets and/or friends; or have the desire to become a Reiki Practitioner for the public, this is the place to start!
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese technique discovered in 1922 by Mikao Usui, for stress reduction, relaxation and it also promotes healing on a multitude of levels. Reiki is practiced by "laying on hands" and techniques that have been practiced for thousands of years. It doesn't matter if you have been attuned to Reiki before, you are welcome to attend. You don't have to be a massage therapist or in the healing arts/bodywork. Just come as you are - open-minded and curious. Reiki is a very simple, yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone.
Reiki works on all the body's energy centers known as chakras, to restore balance and promote healing on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). This modality is compatible with any religious belief system and any health status and healthcare regimen.
This immersive two-day course will offer a comprehensive day of hands-on practice with fellow participants, alongside valuable training and Reiki 1 Attunement. You must attend both sessions to complete this course.
A level one attunement focuses on self healing and prepares you to move forward in your journey of becoming a Reiki Practitioner.
In this course, you will learn:
• Defining Reiki
• How Reiki heals
• Uses of Reiki
• History of Reiki
• Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning and “feeling” energy, Kenyoku - Dry bathing
• Explanation of self-session
• Practice giving Reiki to others
• Level 1 Attunement (manual and certificate of completion)
The healing art of Reiki is given in a space of unconditional love and compassion and may also be used also to benefit animals, plants, water and crystals. Reiki may be sent to people, places and situations at a distance for healing and harmony. Considered a Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM), Reiki is practiced world-wide.
Becoming attuned to the Reiki symbols and using this healing energy on oneself or others, can result in a personal transformation experience. Reiki energy also calms and relaxes, supporting the overall health and well-being of both the giver and receiver. Everyone benefits!

**This workshop is based upon the Usui Method of Natural Healing.Workshop fee includes: Workshop Materials and Instruction, Reiki I Attunement and Symbol, Reiki I Manual, and Reiki I Certificate.

Partial Refund: A cancellation made between 13 days and 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the class is non-refundable.
