Reiki Level 1 Training in San Jose: 4-Week Course

This 4-week Reiki Level 1 training meets in person in San Jose on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM:
September 22, September 29, October 6, and October 13
Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to Reiki as a personal healing and spiritual practice. Over four weeks, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive your Level 1 attunement, and begin building a self-Reiki practice you can continue using in everyday life.
Rather than compressing everything into a single weekend, this course meets once a week so you have time to practice, integrate what you’re learning, and come back with questions. We’ll explore the foundations and history of Reiki, the Reiki principles, energy and the chakra system, self-treatment techniques, intuitive awareness, and practical ways to work with Reiki in your own life.
The focus in Level 1 is on learning to work with Reiki for yourself first. You’ll have space to practice, ask questions, build confidence, and develop your own relationship with the practice.
The class is intentionally limited to four students so there is room for individualized support, discussion, and hands-on learning throughout the course.
No previous Reiki or energy-healing experience is required. You do not need to know exactly what Reiki will feel like for you before you begin.
Registration includes all four class meetings.
