Students will learn the history, theory, and applications of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique. We will explore energetic anatomy, energetic protection, how to use a pendulum, and the step-by-step process for conducting a Reiki session. Students will be attuned to Reiki energy, and have the opportunity to practice giving Reiki to themselves and others. Upon completion of this training, participants will be certified Reiki 1 practitioners.Levels 1 (October 5) & 2 (October 6) can be taken separately or together. Each day will include plenty of time for practice, questions, and integration. Upon completion of both days of the training, students will be certified Reiki 2 practitioners.

Hilary Rudenauer is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Postpartum Doula, 500-Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and owner of The Mindful Mama. She has been sharing Reiki and yoga since 2013 and has offered classes and healing sessions in a variety of locations including wellness centers, yoga studios, retreats, conferences, correctional facilities, rehab programs, and hospitals. Hilary’s background includes holistic healing, maternal health, mental health, and trauma-informed care. She utilizes her vast personal and professional experience to inform and enrich her classes and trainings. She is grateful for every opportunity to create spaces where authentic relating, healing, and growth can occur.
