✨ REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING – NORTHCLIFF ✨A full day to reconnect with yourself, your energy, and your natural ability to heal.
Many people feel drawn to Reiki long before they fully understand what it is.
Sometimes it begins with burnout, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, a desire for deeper healing… or simply the feeling that there must be more to life than constantly feeling depleted.
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of learning how to work with energy in a practical, grounded and deeply supportive way.
This course is suitable for:

🌿 Anyone interested in self-healing, personal growth and energy work
🌿 People wanting to support loved ones with Reiki healing
During this immersive one-day training, you will learn:
• What Reiki is and how it works
• The history and principles of Reiki
• Energy awareness, grounding and protection
• The chakra system and energetic balance
• Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• How to work with Reiki safely and confidently
• How to use Reiki with family, friends, animals and daily life
You will also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and certification.
This is not a huge impersonal workshop.
I keep my groups small and supportive so that everyone receives personal guidance, hands-on practice and space to ask questions and genuinely experience Reiki for themselves.
My approach to teaching Reiki is warm, grounded and authentic. Whether you are completely new to energy work or already work in the holistic field, you will be welcomed exactly as you are.
