Curious about Reiki but not sure where to start?

Maybe you've received Reiki before and wondered what it would feel like to learn it yourself. Maybe you've been drawn to energy work for a while but don't know what the hell you're supposed to do with that feeling.

This is where you start.

Reiki Level I is a full-day, hands-on training designed to give you a real foundation in the practice - not just a bunch of information to take home and forget.

You'll learn the traditional foundations of Usui Reiki, receive your first Reiki attunement, and spend time actually practicing Reiki so you can begin developing confidence in your own practice.

What you'll learn

✨ How energy and the chakra system relate to Reiki
✨ How to prepare for and give Reiki
✨ Complete self-Reiki techniques
✨ Hands-on Reiki for another person
✨ Basic energetic ethics and professional boundaries
✨ How to begin building a consistent Reiki practice

And you'll practice.

You'll learn, ask questions, give and receive Reiki, and have space to actually experience what you're learning. Because reading about Reiki is one thing. Putting your hands on someone and realizing oh wow, I can actually do this is another.

A note about Level I

At Rebel Mystic, I don't believe Reiki certification should be a race.

Level I is about building your foundation, developing your own practice, and gaining experience. It is not professional practitioner certification, and Level I students are not certified to offer Reiki sessions for compensation.

If you eventually want to work professionally with clients, Level II is where that next step happens.

But you don't have to know where your Reiki journey is going yet.
