The most powerful form of Reiki is transmitted during a Reiki attunement. This amazing Life Force energy moves through your entire being-  healing, transforming, opening, balancing, and clearing away all that is not serving you. The Reiki never leaves you and is always assisting you in times of need. Plus, you are able to call on it whenever you choose to offer more of it to yourself and to anyone or anything else. On a scientific level, studies have shown that Reiki increases the white blood cell count, giving a much-needed boost to the immune system. It also has been shown to relieve pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and more. When one gives or receives Reiki, their brain moves into an alpha state causing a deep relaxation, a state that is often hard to find in our busy Western world.
