Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki Level 1: The First Degree (Shoden)
Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy. The first level is designed for self-healing. This training will provide you with the tools to perform reiki healing on yourself. It will also allow you to provide reiki healing for others. You will learn activating symbols, history and uses, as well as hands on practice with your fellow students. The class will culminate in each participant receiving their Level 1 Attunement.
If you are a healing professional such as an LMT, or Nurse, this class will give you 6 in-person CE credits.
