Places are limited to ensure a high level of support.
Students will receive a training manual before the training day to complete some pre-course study. Please contact Caroline to arrange to collect this.
complete a full day of hands-on training including:
history of Reiki and its benefits
reiki precepts
energy exercises
meditation
sharing reiki with another person
advice on protecting your energy field
receive a copy of your lineage and a certificate on completion of the day course.
You will be expected to complete 21 days of self-reiki immediately following the training.
