This is a small, in-person Reiki Level 1 training designed for those who want practical tools to feel calmer, more grounded and more in control of their energy.

Reiki Level 1 is focused on self-healing. You’ll learn how to work with your own nervous system, understand your energy more clearly, and give yourself Reiki in a way that feels simple and supportive in everyday life.

This training is suitable whether you’re completely new to Reiki or have been curious for a while but wanted a grounded, relaxed space to learn.
