Reiki 1 Refresher Class with RMT Adrienne Smith
Reconnect with your healing energy practice in this immersive, 2 ½ hour Reiki Level 1 Refresher Class, designed to reestablish your connection with the divine energy of Reiki and the practice of this healing art. Whether it has been months or years since your first attunement, you will step into a supportive space to review foundational principles, hands-on techniques, and schedule a supportive re-attunement to reawaken your practice.
This course is tailored for individuals who have already been attuned to Usui Reiki Level 1 by a certified Reiki Master. It is a great fit for those who feel a bit "rusty" in their practice, who wish to reconnect with their intuition and inner light, or want to re-establish a consistent self-healing ritual. Perfect for the practitioner who is looking toward a Level 2 class and would like to refresh their knowledge before they begin their next level of training.
*Please supply a copy of your Level 1 certificate to register.
✨Class Content
• Foundations of Reiki: Revisit the Japanese teachings of Mikao Usui, including the history, Gassho meditation practice, and the five Reiki principles.
• Energy Anatomy: Refresh your knowledge of the aura and chakra system.
• Reiki Practice Basics: Review the standard hand placements for both full self-treatments and sessions on others, as well as energy sensing techniques.
• Q&A & Discussion: Dedicated time to answer your practice questions and share insight.
• Optional Sacred Re-Attunement: Students have the option to schedule an in-person Level 1 re-attunement to open, clear, and align your energy channels.

• Date: Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026; 6 - 8:30pm
• Prerequisites: Completion of Usui Reiki Level 1 certification.

• Curriculum handouts for student review
• Official Reiki 1 Certificate of Attunement, for students choosing to re-attune.

• Workshop Fee: $45 ($5 off when prepaid 3 business days before the class)
