Reiki is a healing modality that creates a beautiful foundation to open up your intuition and tap into divine healing. This is a simple and easy stress-reduction tool that can be used by anyone for self-care and assisting family and friends.
Reiki Level 1 Certification and Training - Healing Energy Work for plants, animals, crystals, and self healing.
Reiki Level 2 Certification and Training - Healing Energy Work for others.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing in your physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Things we will cover
* Reiki History
* Understanding and feeling energy
* Creating Energetic Boundaries (great for empaths)
* Managing, Clearing, and understanding your energetic field
* Reiki Healing Hand Positions
* Receive a level 1 attunement
This training focuses on a blend of Usui, kundalini, rose ray and crystal reiki techniques and is available to anyone who is feeling called to this work/practice. This life changing modality helps you to tap into your internal compass and essence of your true potential. Reiki is an amazing gift you can give to yourself and others. It works great to enhance any modalities you already work with to help provide a more fulfilling experience to your clients.
This class is a mixtures of
*lecture
*meditations
*hands on practice
You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Attunement Certificate during our training. The Level 2 Attunement and certificate will be at a later date that we will set together.
Hours: 9:30-4pm Saturday and 9:30-3pm Sunday
Optional participation in Yoga class at 9 or 9:30-10:30am on Saturday, prior to training start.
