Reiki Level 1: Foundations of Healing and Self-Discovery

A journey of profound personal growth and wellness 12 weeks, March – May

Reiki Level 1 Class at Ruscombe — This course offers a profound yet accessible foundation in Reiki, suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced bodyworkers. Spread over three months, this 36-hour curriculum provides a supportive environment for gradual learning and practice integration. Through personalized, hands-on instruction, students explore the history, ethics, and core techniques of Reiki, learning self-treatment and how to work with others. The curriculum covers Reiki's origins, the principles of energy work in this lineage, and practical steps for incorporating Reiki into daily life, with ongoing teacher support, group practice, and initiations. Upon completion, students earn a Level I certification and gain the tools to foster wellness in themselves and others.

2 – 5pm Saturdays, 12 weeks, March – May 2025 (no class 4/12 or 4/19). $450/student for the entire course.

Your facilitator for this course is Nereus North Goldstar, a Crystal Resonance Therapist and Reiki Teacher who coaches people through transformation with grounded, metaphysical practices. He co-authored the book and deck , which can be read in English, French, Italian, and is forthcoming in German, Czech, and Dutch. Working with clients in person and through distance healing sessions, Nereus also shares a free monthly email newsletter about practical ways to work with crystals and other healing modalities in our everyday lives.
