On the Usui Reiki level 1 training, we learn the meaning of Reiki and how to use it for self-treatment and the treatment of others.
Reiki Level I is the first exciting step of this wonderful healing energy. To be able to work with Reiki you will need to receive an attunement from a qualified ReikiMaster/Teacher.
The course runs over one day and we will cover the following:
We will begin the day with a relaxing Yoga Nidra to allow you to settle in and be fully nourished.
-The History and Origins of Usui Reiki
-The Reiki Principles
-Protection Techniques
-How to give a full Reiki body treatment
Self Healing
-An introduction to anatomy, energy systems and chakras
-How Reiki can be used every day and in many ways...
-Reiki 1 Attunements
Please bring notebook,pen and wear comfy clothing for the day.
The energy exchange for the training is £95 (£25 deposit to secure your place) with the complete payment required 4 weeks prior to the training. This includes a consultation an Reiki treatment prior to the day. Please contact me should you require an alternative payment plan.
