Reiki is a Japanese art that promotes balance in body, mind and spirit. Reiki Level 1 is the introduction to the foundations of this practice, with a focus on self reflection and treatment.
Reiki 1 includes:
Introduction to Reiki, its meaning and history.
Reiki Philosophy & Precepts
Hand positions for self treatments
Introduction to Reiju, the ritual of attuning to Reiki, and the corresponding healing journey.
Four Reiju and self treatments
Supportive meditations & practices
Hand positions for treating others
Giving and receiving a full session
Reiki 1 manual
Reiki 1 certificate
