Reiki Level 1

We will spend the day learning about how reiki was discovered, level one information and symbols, how to sense energy, working with energy, and receiving level one attunement.

This attunement will require a 21 day cleansing period which requires abstinence from drugs and alcohol, avoid toxic foods, take care of your body, and pay attention to any changes within you in order to receive the greatest benefit.

You will need: Your hands, a writing instrument, a notebook.You may also want to bring food and beverages for the day (there will be a short lunch break).

All other materials including the reiki level I manual, will be provided for you.

Requirements: Anyone can learn level one however, Luminous Aura is looking for students who are already focused on spiritual growth and healing - however that looks to you. You must be able to set aside your ego to allow the energy that needs to come through for your greatest and highest good.
